Prayer Letter
Dear Friends and Family,
The howling winds around our house today signals that March is not far
away. The cold winter of 2010 will soon be behind us. Our part of Texas
has been blessed with snow, ice, rain, and cold weather so far this year.
It it will beneficial to this rich agricultural area this spring.
February has been a great month for us. We had a wonderful time of
Bible Study with FBC, Terrell and our son John. During the time we were
there, we were able to drive through the snow and spend time with my
brother Dwight and family in Texarkana, and to visit with our friend Lynn
McMasters while we there. She is recovering from a severe stroke that
came to her at Thanksgiving. Our friend Jack Renfro has finished his
cancer treatments in Houston, and is on the road to complete recovery.
Our friend Ray Wilkerson will complete his treatments this week. It was
good to see him and his bride in church this morning. And Alice has
recovered from the treatment on her face and is feeling much better.
The Lord is so good and so faithful to hear the prayers of His people.
The highlight of the month was our trip to Israel. We have now been to
this beloved land four times, but this was the greatest trip yet. We had a
wonderful group to travel with--20 friends. We had a wonderfully
effective guide, a Messianic Jewish lady. Her fervor and zeal for God and
the history of her people stirred all of us. Alice and I visited several
sights where we had not been before. We came home with a sense of
having been revived in our love for the Bible and our love for the Lord.
Thanks for praying for us. We really did feel your prayers with us. This is
a trip that will bless any Christian who is able to make it.
March is upon us. Please cover us with your prayers during this month.

Baptist University. I will speak four times.
March 7-10 Revival, FBC, Seagraves, Texas.
March 12-19 Vacation with friends in Orlando
March 22-24 Study on Heaven, Thomasville Rd. Church, Tallahassee,
Fla.
March 28, Indiana Avenue Church, Lubbock a.m. Prayer Emphasis
We are so grateful for every prayer you pray for us. We do thank God
upon every remembrance of you.
